We Reserve the Right: - to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify you of this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the payment using the original payment method. - that all orders are subject to availability of stock - to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
Delivery Policy:
All deliveries will be made to the address supplied by you. If Australia Post or other couriers can not deliver your items due to wrong or insufficient details you will be charged a re-delivery fee. If delivery is via Australia Post and you are not home to sign for it then normal Australia Post procedures will be followed. If delivery is via a courier due to size of items you will be contacted by The Loft to advise you of the courier company and the day the items will be delivered. If you are not home during on the agreed day you will have the option of pick up (from the couriers depot) or a re-delivery fee will be charged.
