Can I Return My Item(s) For a Refund?
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund (less delivery price). Money will be returned via the initial payment method, at your request a credit can be applied to your account instead of being credited to you card. Refunds will be applied once manufacturer has deemed item faulty.
How Do I Return an Item (s)?
To return an item(s), please include the tax invoice that you received with your parcel and indicate the fault. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - in original packaging & original condition.
How Can I Exchange Products?
If you would like to exchange, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, and include $9 (money order or credit card details) for re-delivery. If there is not a product you would like to exchange for a credit can be applied to you account (at your request), you will have 6 months to use your credit voucher.
Breakages:
If any item ceramic, glass or other fragile item you receive is cracked, chipped or damaged please contact us at orders@thelofthomewares.com.au. These damages must be reported within 7days of receiving the the items.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. .
